The service

FollowBuster analyses the Instagram data export you choose to upload and public information for public accounts you choose to track (their public following list and profile counts). New follows are shown as the window between two checks, because Instagram does not publish exact follow times. You agree not to use FollowBuster to harass, stalk or intimidate anyone. Results depend on the data Instagram provides; a username that disappears between two exports may mean an unfollow, a removal, a block, a rename or a deactivated account.

Fair use

Use FollowBuster for your own account and for public profiles. Don't use it to harass, stalk or intimidate anyone.

Subscriptions

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial (one per person), then renew at $9 per week until cancelled. To cancel, message us from the chat button in the app, or use Manage subscription in your account menu: the Cancel option appears there 24 hours before your first charge, and right away after you message us. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged; cancel later and you keep access until the end of the paid week.
